廖建仁，1963 年 4 月生于重庆梁平，笔名巴人墨客。自幼爱好书法，中学时代以书法名家翁岂运、胡问遂五体字帖为临习范本，1984 年以书画见长被梁平县文化局招聘为专职文化干部。此后，潜心临习颜柳欧赵、二王米芾书作及魏碑、小篆。

Liao Jianren was born in Liangping, Chongqing in April 1963. His pseudonym is ba Renmo. He lovedcalligraphy since he was a child. In middle school, he took the famous calligraphers Weng Qiyun and Hu Wensui five body calligraphy as the temporary learning model. In 1984, he was good at calligraphy and painting and was recruited as a full-time cultural cadre by the Culture Bureau of Liangping County. After that, he devoted himself to studying the calligraphy of Yan Liu,Ou Zhao, the second king Mi Fu, Wei stele and small seal script.
Now he is the director of Liangping District Elderly poetry, calligraphy and Painting Research Association,member of China hard pen calligraphy association,member of China couplet society, member of China Calligrapher Association, national senior calligrapher,senior calligraphy trainer, senior calligraphy appraiser,Deputy Secretary General of Calligraphy Art Research Association of China Yinglian society, vice president of China Poetry, calligraphy and painter network, and vice chairman of National Calligraphy Art Committee, Vicepresident of Information Science Research Institute of China Enterprise Newspaper Alliance, visiting professor of Confucius Art Museum and visiting professor of Institute of educational standardization of Chinese Academy of management sciences.
